Support and VIC Details

Our Very Important Cleaner program is designed for our iDryclean customers. iDryclean support is always free during our standard business hours.

  • (1) We can remote connect to your computer to fix issues (only to registered iDryclean stores or paid per-incident cases).
  • Your store phone# is registered into our VIC support system and you will get a support operator (not voicemail) when you call 801-649-6691.
  • The support phone call must originate from the registered store phone number so our system recognizes it.
  • We can call you back on any phone number you wish.
  • Call as often as needed. Our support operators answer 24/7/365.
    • Regular questions: We will callback during business hours (8am–5pm MT, except holidays).
    • System down: We will callback within 2 hours anytime if you tell the operator your system is down.
    • If your system is NOT really down, normal support rates apply.
    • “System down” means you cannot process drop-off or pickup operations in ANY manner.
  • VIC support only covers iDryclean questions and help for the latest version.
  • NOT COVERED UNDER VIC
    • Hardware issues (you can't clean clothes over the phone — we can't fix hardware over the phone.)
    • Network issues
    • Windows problems
    • Hardware malfunctions
    • User abuse
    • Weather-related issues
    • We can only remote connect to the registered store.
  • As of Jan 1st, 2024 we reserve the right to limit support for ProfitMaker 7 or earlier.
    • ProfitMaker 7 has been replaced by iDryclean 8+ and your data is fully compatible.
    • Older Windows/MSSQL versions may not work on modern hardware; iDryclean eliminates this problem.
    • iDryclean requires no local MSSQL installation or maintenance.
  • Support charges are for our time spent. We cannot guarantee a fix for every issue.
